Who collects your personal data?

When applying for WM TRADING's recruitment processes, the recruitment and selection team will collect and use the personal data provided during registration for the process.

What personal data will WM TRADING collect?

The following categories of data will be collected:

    Data submitted by you in resumes, letters, essays or other written materials.
    Data generated by interviewers and recruiters, based on their interactions with you or basic internet searches.
    Data provided by third-party placement companies, recruiters or job search sites, where applicable.
    Data about you from tests carried out by you during the recruitment process.
    Recommendations about you provided by third parties.
    Necessary identification documentation in accordance with government legislation.
    Data about your previous employment, training and other data disclosed during the background check.
    Data about your health, where it is relevant to your ability or availability to work or workplace accommodation, subject to legal limits at the time of data collection and other applicable limitations.
    Data on race/ethnicity/religion/disability/gender for government reporting purposes when necessary, as well as to understand the diversity characteristics of WM TRADING's workforce.

You are not obliged to provide the requested information or agree to the collection of the data mentioned above, but if you fail to do so, we will not be able to continue with your application for the job and/or internship for which you applied.

By registering for the WM TRADING recruitment process, you agree to the collection of the above-mentioned data, as well as acknowledging that all statements made by you are true and correct and that you have not knowingly omitted any

information of an adverse nature.

What will we do with your personal data?

We will use your personal data for the following purposes:

01. Assess your suitability for the position you are applying for, as well as future positions that may become available.
02. Facilitate our communication with you.
03. Perform data analysis, including analysis of our candidate pool, to better understand who is applying for positions at WM TRADING and how to attract the best talent.
04. In some cases, record your interview online for later analysis by recruiters and managers involved in the selection process.
05. Insert it into a database to receive future messages about positions and events at WM TRADING.

06. Carry out any legally mandatory report and respond to requests determined in judicial or administrative demands.

07. Perform background checks, when permitted by law. The content of background check information will be governed by the requirements of legislation.

From which sources will WM TRADING obtain your personal data?

In general, access to your personal data will be restricted to minimize the number of people in the WM TRADING organization who need it for the purposes set out in this privacy statement, which may include your potential future managers and their agents, people in HR, IT , Compliance, Marketing, Legal, Financial, Accounting and Internal Audit.

How long will WM TRADING keep my personal data?

If you receive and accept a job offer from WM TRADING, personal data

collected during the pre-employment period will become part of your records

years after leaving the company as an employee, being respected and not

exceeding the data retention deadlines required by labor legislation and

pension.

If you are not hired by WM TRADING, we may still

continue to retain and use personal data collected during the processing process

recruitment to consider you for new positions within a period of up to 2 years from

of your application. Furthermore, we will maintain, for the same period mentioned above,

your CV data to carry out new searches for future vacancies in your profile.


WM TRADING determines the retention period for your information based on the following retention criteria:

WM TRADING will retain your personal data as long as it has an ongoing relationship with you.

WM TRADING will retain your personal data when necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation to which it is subject.

WM TRADING will retain your personal data when it is advisable to protect WM TRADING (e.g. in relation to statute of limitations, litigation or

regulatory investigations).

How does WM TRADING protect your personal data?

WM TRADING employs organizational, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from loss or inappropriate use, such as access control, network monitoring, event analysis, antimalware, backup and firewall.

When we engage third-party vendors to provide services, we contractually require them to have similar security controls in place.

What are your rights?

You have the right (in the circumstances and under the conditions and subject to exceptions set out in applicable law) to:

    Request access to your personal data: this right allows you to request access to your personal data processed by us, as well as certain information about that processing;
    Request rectification of your personal data: this right allows you to request the rectification or completion of your personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;

    Request a copy of your personal data: this right allows you to receive a copy of your personal data provided to us.

Important:

Even after requesting data deletion, your data may be kept in the WM TRADING database due to compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, as well as to protect WM TRADING, considering possible legal disputes in which the use of such data becomes necessary.
